Shipping & Returns


We kindly ask you to check out our size guide on the specific product page before ordering any clothing items. If you're in doubt please send us an email to or dm via Instagram, and we'll happily assist you in finding the right size.
Please note: at this moment our t-shirts are unisex and range from S-M-L, but size L is only fit for men if they're under 185 cm. In the near future, we will be offering a size XL as well. Thank you for your patience!
We do not encourage returning your items as it's not good for the environment, but of course it's still possible.  Here are our terms & conditions if you want to return an item and get a refund: 
- Item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags attached and with the original packaging.
- Hygiene seal must be remaining in place.
- Items must not be worn or have stains from make-up, sweat, or other substance on them.
- Item must be returned within 14 days after purchase for a refund.

We only accept returns if there is an official return form added to your package requested via e-mail. We do not accept any other self-created return forms. We do not add return forms to orders because it's simply a waste of paper.
Cost of Return
Shipping costs for your return will not be covered by us. If you return an item and it gets lost, we are not responsible and we cannot refund your return item(s).
How long does the refund process take?
Once we've received your return item(s), we will process it within 14 business days.
Make sure you keep your track and trace code when you return an item to us. This way we can check where the package is. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
We don't exchange products due to limited stock. Do you need another size? Please return the item, and order the right size.
Customs, duties and taxes
When ordering internationally, the customer is responsible for any local taxes and import duties.
Damaged item
If you have received a damaged, item please email us at with images of the imperfections so we can determine the next course of action. Please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the item(s). Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.


We ship our packages within Europe. Do you want to order outside of Europe? You can send us a manual request via e-mail at We want you to enjoy your Leyen items as soon as possible. We ship within 1-3 business days and use the service of SendCloud for shipping all of your orders. Delivery time depends on your location.
